Struggle to get on google!

We are traditionally a printing company but with expertise in unique personalised marketing for Business to Business and some web applications for business to business also where clients can manage their entire print requirements through the web. No problem there as you don’t need a google ranking at all for B2B.

Back in December 2007 we thought, lets bring our expertise to the World Wide Web and allow them access to the same technology… or so we thought! We built a greeting card site, but were more than a little raw with our experience on trying to bring the masses to the site. “Build it and they will come” certainly didn’t do it immediately for us, although the visitors that came and ordered where more than happy with their cards and from we know “Visitors vs Orders” is running above the internet average … problem is we needed more visitors!

Now we had some trip ups along the way but at least we are confident that the product is right, the pricing is right and the system works! Now to drive some traffic through it!

FREE Greeting Cards Promotion

We’ve been running a very successful campaign in the last month to encourage visitors to the site. People love free things and also love sending cards. So for the foreseeable future we thought, give them what they want -  FREE CARDS. This type of marketing seems very successful as we’ve had a few people visit the site and order their entire year’s supply of cards for the family and friends, through to Christmas Greeting Cards. We’ve hoping that when these people receive these wonderfully personalised cards that they in turn will visit the site.
